Our History
Tanga Initiatives (TI) is a non-governmental, non-partisan, non-religious, and a non-profit organization that was established in 2020 and formally registered in 2023. The organization locally registered in Ghana.
The organization is seeking to implement projects in the area of Women Empowerment, Health and Climate Change. The targeted beneficiaries of our projects are children, young people and women especially those living in rural and marginalized communities. We seek to implement projects that are critical to their development to improve their quality of life. We closely work and collaborate with community stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of our projects.

Our Mission
To connect, engage, organize, influence, empower, encourage, assist, and connect communities by providing vital and timely interventions through strong partnership, a participatory approach that enhances and promotes a healthy, striving, resilient environment for community development.
Our Team
We have a 5-member Board of Directors who are supporting in the management of the organization. The Board is the highest decision-making body of the organization.
We have a Director, Finance Officer and four project management team members. We also have community volunteers who support in fundraising and the implementation of our projects in communities.
