Our Core Values

Transparency and Accountability

Our organization is transparent in all our dealings with the beneficiaries of our projects and the communities we serve. We involve the community in all our projects implementation. We also remain accountable to the communities and the donors who support us with funds to implement projects.

Respect for all persons

We respect all human beings irrespective of their age, gender, physical disability, social status, ethnicity or sexual orientation. We have a mutual respect for all persons that we work with. Our organization is strongly against discrimination of all forms against people in the society.

Social justice

We believe in social justice and that everyone in the society should be given equal opportunity. We defend the rights of vulnerable persons in the society.

Volunteerism

We are here to serve vulnerable and under privileged people in the society. We promote voluntary service among our staff and the community members who are beneficiaries of our projects. We believe that our survival is based on the provision of voluntary services to people that we can help.
