Community Engagement
We undertake proactive and extensive community engagement with the project participants of our projects. We put communities at the centre of needs identification, planning, implementation and monitoring of all our project activities.
Gender Sensitive Approach
Our projects are designed to be gender-sensitive. We ensure that the views of women are paramount in our project activities.
Intersectionality
We acknowledge and examine the interconnected nature of social categories and identities. We understand that intersectionality emphasizes the overlapping and intersecting systems of oppression and privilege that individuals may experience based on factors such as race, gender, class, sexuality, and more.
Technology
We adopt and use appropriate technologies that will help us in the implementation of our projects. We endeavor to use creative and innovative methods that resonate very well with children and young people.
Environmentally-Friendly approach
We strive to make sure that all our project activities are environmentally-friendly. We try to reduce environmental pollution and sensitize communities on ho to reduce environmental degradation. We use methods that do not degrade the natural environment during our projects implementation. We plant new trees to replace the ones that are cut down during our construction projects.
